Today's outfit was relatively easy because I had a predetermined color palette. This early morning tailgate day was dedicated to UCF football and the black and gold of this football nation. I had the perfect pair of harem pants (or genie pants as the husband lovingly calls them) that would keep me comfortable and sassy from tailgate, to game, to back in my cozy bed.
I topped these new favorite pants with a black camisole, my lighter chambray shirt, and my Betsey Johnson trinket-collage necklace that had already seen many a UCF tailgate and had many a beer shotgun drizzled on it. I added those bracelets from the day before, sandals, and a cross-body bag (hands-free is the way to be, especially when one hand is clutching a glass of champagne).
I received several compliments, both male and female, on the look and the pants specifically. I consider that a win (second one of the day!) for the books.
